We bought a wahser. The delivering company took out all the botls securing the washer, then proceeded down a set of stairs where the washer almost fell over twice. The back panel of the washer was caved in and rubbing against the washer drum. 

We requested a replacement. The driver refused to come down a driveway claiming that someone was stuck on it. That someone was just turning around. Best Buy only allows a stupid reschedule. No questions about a smaller truck. No quesitons about the delivery. 

The driver refused to come down the driveway. No call no show.

We complained to the store manager. He claims to have discussed with the delivery company the situation.

if you call their support line, the people say they will call you back. They don't. They can't by Best Buy policy.

Best Buy Hell.

The personnel don't care and the management makes incompetent policies (can't call the customer back, can't make sure the delivery truck is small, I will call you back when then can't, store managers have no control and may not care)

Don't buy from Best Buy. They are incompetent.
