I have 3 cancelled deliveries, too!  Everytime THEY miss the appointment, they shuffle me to the back of the line.  Last night was the latest missed delivery and they tried to reschedule me for AUGUST.  I told them to cancel the order.

I can understand that having a delivery become rescheduled due to circumstances beyond your control can be a letdown, and it’s not the kind of experience that we want to deliver.
