I'm in a similar boat. Had a fridge order delayed (their fault) and have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks for a credit for spoiled food. Everyone I talk to makes promises on the phone but there is no follow through. I too would like to make a formal complaint.

Can you please share if you had a Geek Squad Protection Plan on your old refrigerator and the new was it’s replacement? Or was this a different kind of issue? You’re welcome to review the terms of a Geek Squad Protection Plan here this was food spoilage claim associated with your policy. I can see that we did start to partner with you privately regarding this matter, too. I’d be happy to continue discuss what options may be available if you’re still seeking assistance with this matter.

I haven't seen any other replies, so not sure what other resolution your refering to.
This was a new fridge.The issue has not been resolved but I've wasted enough time on it. Please note my concerns and escalate them. You should be able to find the details of my order with information given.
