When the refrigerator was delivered from Best Buy, the bottom frame was broken 

I was told a new bottom piece would be ordered and delivered in a week 

 

Now after a 12 days, and many calls nothing was ordered

 

Unfortunately, I did not check into Best Buy Customer Service

Best Buy has a wall of computer phones that do not connect to any one who can help

 

The only action left is to return the refrigerator and kitchen range purchased 

However cannot contact the people for delivery and pickup

 

Buying a new range and refrigerator and having Best Buy products put out front with signs and taking pictures to post in news and social media

 

Never been this frustrated
