The tv is defective and is scheduled for pickup! The replacement is now on back order after it was promised to be delivered on three different days but never showed up. I bought a new tv at the local Best Buy yesterday. Brought it home and powered it up only to find that the screen was cracked. Had to return it and get another one. I had them open it at the store to prove to me that it was not defective. It was not. This has been a very troubling experience early in the holiday season. I hope that the rest of my shopping experience is not this bad!
