i have been ghosted by sedgewick for 2 weeks in a row. im glad i found this post. i reached out to Fey and hopefully it will be escalated to the right people and taken care of. Geek Squad damaged my dashboard during a radio installation and it will cost ~$1800 to get it fixed. i really hope i dont have to go through everything you went through because it sounds like a nightmare!!!
