I too purchased a Sony Model:XAVAX100(SKU:5664822) but on Cyber Monday, November 26.  My receipt is missing the free inbstallation info required by the installer,  I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service, been transferred all obver the place, and been disconnected at leats 5 times!

 

One representative said that he checked at least 6 other orders for that same SKU, all dated November 26, and NONE of them included free installation!  That sounds pretty suspicious to me...

Hello and welcome, rgumpertz,

 

Freebies are a great way to convince me to make a purchase, especially if it involves a service I'd normally pay a nice penny for.  I'd be a bit confused if I was under the impression I qualified for a free service, only to find out that wasn't the case.  I'd like to take a closer look at this for you, but I'll need some additional information first.
