Oh my gosh! We just had the EXACT same scenario! It's a total scam!! We set up delivery and were given a window (when it was not delivered the first time!) - then we were notified it would be delivered in five minutes, then, somehow in the five minutes between when it was about to be delivered, the truck broke down. Took me HOURS on the phone to discover that the range was never on that truck. I also got told that we would be receiving compensation via a check in the mail, for our inconvenience - this was a month ago. No compensation. As of now, no appliances either. Unbelievably, today, a SECOND truck has broken down. I too will be filing a complaint. Unacceptable.
