AlLMOST EXACTLY THE SAME THING HERE.

 

brand new floors damabed when fridge installed, in April 2022.  ad to send in estimate and pictures 3 times because it was not attached to claim.

 

im hearing nothing from sedwick- i send request for information every other week and constantly being told its being forwarded to  supervisors and then andother two weeks go by.

 

this is the worse customer service i have ever had to deal with.

Thanks so much for your help. Within 3 weeks of posting here Sedgwick responded (asking for information I already sent them 3 times). Reviewed the claim and settled. Check was deposited today.

I wish I have come here sooner.
