we are literally in the same boat and have not filed a formal complaint with the BBB enough is enough with this company. we are out a dryer 2 weeks now and no end in site we are being pushed around. We placed an order for a washer and dryer back in February to be delivered 3/5/21. BB called 3/4/21 and confirmed our order and that BOTH products would be delivered. ONE HOUR before delivery we were called to inform us that we will not be getting our dryer today that it is not in stock. Shocked bc this was just confirmed the day prior that it would be here. After HOURS on the phone with customer service they initially told us we would have to wait until April 2nd for our dryer delivered. We have a 10 yo and a 7m old and life 30 min from the closest laundry mat so I'm sure you can see why this is a huge deal. we then were told on you can pick up the 9th and will compensate for your trouble. never happened, shocker. So after my husband took off from work now the 2nd time to get this dryer handled it is not available at all. So back to customer service bc apparently store employees are useless. Another hour plus conversation and now the dryer is going to be available the 14th YET AGAIN that was a lie. Hours again with customer service and now we are suppose to pick up today... guess what.. not available and now saying Monday. so we are literally going on 2 weeks past delivery date. we have asked for a refund and return of the entire order. WE WANTED A MATCHING SET AND THAT IS WHAT WAS PURCHASED. NOT HALF. I do not believe we will ever get our order. i jut want the DRYER or my money and I'm told we would have to wait ANOTHER TWO weeks for my refund?!?! this is BEYOND ridiculous. I am at a total loss and i don't want someone to call or us call and they make "promises" that literally changes every phone call. We need our money back for the entire order OR JUST GIVE ME THE GOODS I PAID FOR.OH almost forgot the best part. They wanted us to drive TWO HOURS to pick up one instead of delivering it. STELLAR company.. STELLAR.
