I was supposed to have a new LG fridge delivered today between 7am-1pm, got a text yesterday saying it would be between 9am-1pm. At 1:30 I called customer service for an update, after holding for 15 minutes to speak to someone I finally got Glenn who put me on hold for another 15 minutes only to come back on the phone without any information. All he could say was someone will call me shortly... its now 4pm, no one has called AT ALL, ALL DAY... I even texted the nice guy that sold it to us, he gave us his card with his cell # highlighted but havent heard from him either... AFTER THE SALE, NO ONE CARES AT BEST BUY. PERIOD. I'm going to see how the rest of the day plays out and then I'm going to Best Buy first thing in the morning to cancel my order and tell them they can take my new Best Buy credit card and stick it where the sun dont shine! If they dont respect their customers time then they dont deserve us as customers!

Trying to use my reward certificates online but its not recognizing any of the #s on the certificate... is this another Best Buy trick? I've got a certificate # a member ID # and and bar code number that is the same on 2 of my $100 certificates... i'm entering them as Best Buy gift card #s but of course its not working.... help?? so ridiculous and so done with Best Buy... smh
