We were sold the same Viking bundle on July 5th early this year. Within days, our original scheduled delivery date changed from end of July, to September 18th. But, at the end of July, I received another email that the scheduled date improved to September 13th.
September 13th past and nothing was delivered. On September 15th, I received an email from Best Buy that I now have an “appointment” set for October 9th. Customer Service said call your Sales Rep. My Sales Rep said call Customer Service. Full circle listening to hold for over an hour with Best Buy Customer Service representative that have no records of my previous calls. Time wasted. I was at least expecting more from a luxury brand. @#VikingRange
October 9th is just 3 more weeks away, which will make it 3 months, if it does arrive.
