I too have had a similiar experience last Fall.
New refrigerator leaked water and damaged kitchen floor tiles.
Called Best Buy. Unit was replaced.
Damage claim forwarded to Sedgwick.
Agent was assigned to my case.
Submitted photos, video of damage.
Call sedgwick, left voice mail. EMail contact person.
No response for weeks now.
This is very poor customer service.
Please help.
