Home was damaged during microwave installmation as it was pulled from our wall from an over agressive installer! We were promised payment for damages from Connie at Segwick, but have not received reimbursmenent; 60+ days ago!!! All emails and phone calls to her go unnoticed. Best Buy, this is on you, it was your GeekSquad (not third party), shame no one cares!!!

 

9/11/18...

 

I will process a payment of $389 to cover the $250 in repairs and install fee of $139.
