I am having the same issue. I had an autostart installed on Nov 22, 2018 at the Midtown Best Buy in Tulsa OK . It didn't work properly, so they replaced it. It still didn't work properly, so they removed it. Once it was removed, the start still didn't start. When I talked to Best Buy they were helpful, and found that my car was recalled for a battery sensor. So, when I took it to the dealership, they found a loose ground wire that they reattached. When I got my car back the same problem persisted. I took it back to the Honda dealership and they said the started needs to be replaced. They think that the autostart damaged the solenoids in the starter. I have a 2014 Honda Accord with 40K miles. The tech at the Honda dealership had never seen a starter go out like this. I never had any trouble with my car starting prior to having the autostart installed. I talked to Kenny at Best Buy on Saturday & he said he was going ot talk to another guy there and call me back. He has not called back.
