Greetings- I just spent a total of 3 hours on hold on the phone trying to reschedule a delivery of a refridgerator. Needed to reschedule delivery due to a plumbing issue. Plumbing issue resolved. Spoke to a rep on Friday @ 1-888-237-8289, who said there was delivery availability on Tuesday 11/23 between 7am to 1 pm but the system would not let him secure it. He said he knew how to fix it so he advised me tp make note of the date and time and he would fix it in the system. He ended the call. I called back today to confirm the apppointment because after tuesday I will not be available until mid december only to find out there is no delivery info for me in the system. I wish I had just let them leave the refridgerator in the middle of my living room floor. I just spent the last 3 hours on the phone mostly on hold. For 3 hours!!!!!. Like I cannot believe this. Started my call at 6pm at 1-888-237-8289. Was then transferred to 1-800-540-7227. The rep at that number said she could not help and had me waiting for a manager for over 2 hours. She checked in at approx. 30 minute increments to see if I was still there. Awful. Awful Awful. The last time she came in she said the mananger was finally ready and after 30 more minutes of silence they just hung up. It is now 9pm!!!!!!!! I have eaten dinner AND Watched 2 hour long TV shows ALL WHILE ON HOLD FOR A BEST BUY REP. I called back 1-800-540-7227 and now it just says this person does not have a voicemail. ???????? I ordered this appliance in September???????????????????????? SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND. As a customer who is already being billed and PAYING for my merchandise I just want it delivered. With customer service reps working at home- dogs barking in the background and children crying they are not fully engaged with the cusotmers! I WISH THIS WAS ONE OF THE CALLS THAT WAS RECORDED!!! Do you track call time? hold time? resolution time? Maybe I should apply for this job cause you surely are getting paid to do nothing.
