After Best Buy missed delivery on the 14th, 16th and then today, I reached out to the Geek Squad Client Care team for the 5th time.
Each and every time, I have been told that they have no control over deliveries.
However, they told me that a manager in a local store could help (despite the purchase being made online).
So, in summary: If you post here, you'll be told to call a main number. If you call the main number, you'll be told to go to a store. I can only assume if I go to a store I'll be told to post on a forum.
