Agreed, it certainly is terrible. And don't bother calling support, they just say sorry, better luck next time. 


I ordered a workbench and it came clearly damaged with a massive ripped open portion of the box with the wood bench exposed, dented, and splintered. They set up a second delivery only 2-days later.  At this point I was feeling pretty good about Besy Buy delivery, they seemed to get things turned around quickly. Then the second delivery came, and that all went right out the window. 


They brought back the same exact bench, except they tapped up the massive whole real nice to make it look like it wasn't damaged.  I open the tapped up portion in front of the delivery guy to show him it was the same bench with the giant dent and splintering.  So they take it back again and I get a delivery scheduled for another 4 days later. 


Then an update a day before delivery, actually, it's going to be another 6 more days.  We'll see if it ever gets here and in once piece.  I called the support peoples to see what they could do, and, no there's nothing they can do. No expedited delivery, no compensation.  Just a middle finger and a thanks for giving us your money. 


If you are buying expensive items, buy elsewhere if you want it in new condition.

What you’ve described is not at all the kind of experience we want our customers to have with a delivery. It sounds like the delay in the next delivery may be due to the workbench not being in stock, so we may not be able to get you a sooner date.
