I 100% agree with this post. We ordered our LG washer on September 1st and has been delayed 3 times since that point. The best part is, the dryer and pedestals for the combo all were delivered on time but still waiting on the washer. Customer service has no available information as to the delay. I even went as far as to call and talk to LG about the availability. They have a full in stock condition and forwarded the contact to best buy so they could follow up with LG. Nothing was done or even replied to by best buy. To make things even worse, now we are stuck with a pedestal washer, dryer pedestal, and dryer that match the missing dryer and we cant return them. I 100% agree best buy is committing fraud as it seems as though they are not wanting to get the washer delivered so that I don't retain the sale price I paid.
