Washer purchase--install and haul away. First attempt could not get cold water shut off--required a plumber call. Delivery people said I would be contacted to reschedule delivery/install. Two days later no call. Sent an email. No response. Called, on a Friday. Despite BB not having called, or responded to email, their earliest possible reschedule was the following Weds. Escalated to a Sup who said he would contact Corporate and call me back the next day. No call. On Weds there was a new problem--leak, requiring a return by plumber. Plumber returned same day (Weds). Weds night the store Sup said he could not reschedule as it wasn't in the system yet. Today (Thursday) I called. Still not in the system and could not schedule. This evening got call back and the soonest available is next Tuesday. This is sloppy work and poor customer service. Left a message with the local call to Geek Squad tonight, but have nothing scheduled yet.

Welcome to our community. I've always thought that the hard part of purchasing appliances is making a selection from so many options available these days. After that, the installation should be almost incidental and certainly not fraught with the kinds of difficulties you have described.
