This is happening to me as well. my door way to get into our apt is 30.5 wide and the fridge without the door is 29inches. And they refuse to deliver. They wouldnt even open the box. I am wondering if there is another company with better delivery services. or if there is a clearance policy that Best Buy has? what size fridge is small enough? do you need more than an inch extra room to get through a door?
