Radio Installation

Hello, I recently went to your location to have a car radio and back up camera installed on 03/01/2019. When I picked up my car the person who worked on it explained to me when he was trying to input the mic in the car he accidentally cracked the glass where the car gauges are. I was told that you all would order the part and have it fixed. It has almost been a month and I still have not received any update on this matter.
