We purchased a new washer and dryer, in person, at a local Best Buy. We later realized we needed to change the delivery date. So, I went into my account, and it does not show up as a recent purchase. I used the online chat, and the service rep found the purchase. They used this information to send me an email receipt, and told me I could find the order from that. It's been a day, and still no email receipt. Still does not show up in my account. We DO have a hardcopy receipt, and all of my contact information is correct there. But, I am unable to lookup the purchase from the order number on the receipt.
We are now deciding we will cancel this order completely. Since it still does not show up in my account, nor have I gotten ANY electronic proof of purchase, I will need to drive to a physical store on my way home. At this point, I do not trust a phone call or chat session to confirm the order is actually cancelled.
