Purchase and delivery nightmare.

On October 8, 2022 I bought a refrigerator that would be delivered by Nov 18. 3 days before delivery I received notice that I had to reschedule. Went straight to the store and was told by the service rep that item was in backorder since mi initial order and they had no knowledge when item will be available and she would reschedule the delivery for the 31st of December. I went and and reschedule. After 1 day my wife and I decided that this was too much time to wait for an essential appliance that might not become available for delivery. We headed again to the store and spoke with a sales associate witch help me find a fridge that was available and it would be delivered on Nov 21. Today Nov 20th at 6pm I receive a phone call to reschedule my appointment. After the no help to get appointment setup for original date I reschedule for Nov 22. All this time I have been clearing my schedule for the no deliveries. Spending a lot money on takeout food breakfast lunch and dinner for my family. Best Buy needs to be a little more empathetic toward the clients. Only answer you get from customer service is "the system can't do this, the system won't let me do that ect ect ect...". the customer deserve the truth at all times from the first day purchase to the day of delivery.
