Protracted Deliery Issues

I purchased a freezer at the beginning of March and was told that delivery timeframes were longer than normal. Starting in early April I began receiving phone calls and emails indicating that the delivery had been scheduled. I has now been an additional 3 months and there have been more than a dozen emails and phone calls with new delivery dates or messages cancelling a scheduled delivery and indicating that it would need to be rescheduled. How can I find out when and if the freezer will realistically be delivered. We have changed our schedules several times to accomodate changed schedules only to find that BB cannot deliver as they have indicated they would. How do I get this addresses and resolved?
