Hi,
Geek squad damaged my property while installing Washer
Raised ticket with Sedgwick {removed per forum guidlelines} is claim number. Nobody responds from Sedgwick. Called customer care and waited for several hours but still no one connected. Sent emails and no response either
Called Best Buy customer care and they said they escalated my ticket but still no response

Many people on here have the same problem. When they do eventually respond, they will deny your claim. You may have to go to small claims court.
