Property damage during delivery

Hello, I had a full set of kitchen appliances delivered by Best Buy last week. The installers damaged my walls during refrigerator installation.
I called the best buy support line a last week to file a claim. They said someone would get back to me within 48 hours and no one called.
Then I chatted with support 2 days ago and they said someone would contact me within 12 hours and no one has called.
There has been no email or confirmation number to even acknowledge a claim. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out on the forums. I can understand why you'd be frustrated with your experience thus far. Not only were your walls damaged during delivery, but still haven't had any updates regarding the claim matter. I'll be happy to take a deeper look into this matter.
