Property damage Sedgwick Claims

Well it looks like I’m the latest victim of Sedgwick poor customer service. I’ve called numerous times regarding my property damage claim to no avail. No return call, no emails, nothing. Why even have a company to go to if they’re non responsive. So basically my new $16,000 wood floors are scratched AND dented plus the refrigerator they left doesn’t work at all!!!!!

I have the same problem. Finally got a hold of the adjuster and they said they denied the claim but would not give a reason! They shorted out the wiring in the wall with their 4 inch long lagbolt that went right into the romex wire! I haven't had the use of half the kitchen outlets since. VERY POOR SERVICE. Next step BBB and the Attorney General of Washington State.
