I am on the phone with Bestbuy since 10:19am in regards to the Case ID {removed per forum guidelines}.
I got disconnected twice already and no one is calling me back.
I just keep repeating the same thing over and over and nothing's been resolve.
Well, i was on hole for another 22 mins and got disconnected again.
What's wrong with the customer service?
