Property Damaged From Delivery - Not Getting Support from Segwick

Best Buy Deliver and install an appliance on 12/17/2021 and damaged my floor and entry door. I filed the claim the same day. It is now close to 3 months and my claim is not settled yet.

 

I have been following Sedgwick every other day via email but not getting a response. Is anyone can help here or suing the Best Buy only option ?

Worst Service ever. I will NOT recommend BEST BUY to anyone.
