Property Damage during Delivery - Manada Tech

For the property damage during delivery Best Buy delivery on 10/29/2022, a property damage claim was created on my behalf with Best Buy’s claim administrator, Sedgwick.

My Sedgwick claim number is {removed per forum guidelines}.

Manada Tech contacted me in November 2022, and they were working on processing the claim up until December 2022. I exchanged a series of emails with the claim processor at Manada Tech, and they acknowledged their mistake, asked me to provide an estimate/quote for the repairs, and approved my claim. Next, I was asked to sign a form/release letter but I have yet to receive the reimbursement. My house has been in bad shape for the last four months, and I'm just losing my patience.

I'm trying to get an update regarding the reimbursement from Manada Tech, but it’s just been dragging over 4 months now. Is there anything Best Buy can do to intervene and expedite the process?

Email from Manada Tech:
Good Afternoon Rahul!
You are all set to proceed with the repair. Your claim has been approved. Before we can issue reimbursement for repairs, we’ll need to have you sign our release letter, attached to this email. It states that we will be reimbursing you for the amount of $2,067.50, and that the matter will be considered settled. If you have any questions, or if there are any corrections that need to be made, please don’t hesitate to give me a call. Have a great afternoon!
