Property Damage by TotalTech Team, NO response from Sedgwick

Total Tech team have come down to my house to install media room setup but has damaged the ceiling by cutting the drywall and a big hole in the ceiling has been created. All the insulation has been falling, when contacted they asked me to raised a claim in Sedgwick but no response from either of them since a month.

 

Here are the details
