I had a washer and dryer delivered to my home by one of Best Buy's delivery contractors. The delivery company back into a lawn ornament that we had installed at the end of the driveway and also drove down into the ditch and significantly damaged the culvert that runs underneath my driveway.
I submitted a claim to have this issue addressed with a company called FSALOGISTIX whose working this claim on behalf of best busy. We've provided an estimate through a contractor and would like to get this issue resolved ASAP.
Who can help me ensure that this issue is getting addressed? It's been 4 months and I don't get the sense anyone is working on resolving this issue for me. I'm being told that your insurance company is going to reach out to me, but still no contact has been made. I have pictures of the damage and pictures of the delivery company at the time of the incident.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry about that property damage, and that it is taking so long to get resolved.
You should have first been directed to Sedgwick Claims Management, Inc. to file that claim. They would have then sent it out to the local company to fulfill he claim. If that company hasn’t followed up, your next step is to reach back out to Sedgwick with your claim number. They can be reached at (855) 832-1338 on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Central.
Please reach out to them tomorrow. If they aren’t able to get you an update, please let me know.
