Property Damage Claim issue from delivery from bestbuy.

I had propery damage about 2 weeks ago during the refridgerator delivery.

They made big scratches on my new painted wall and damaged my new side molding.

I claimed this one right away with the customer service and they told me some one will contact me in 5days.

No one called me until now.

I called 3 times to the customer service to ask what is going on. Every time their saying like it's still on process.

Last call some one told me to E-mail to propertydamage@bestbuy.com

Is that right?

Still don't understand why it's so hard get the claim.

Please advice what to do.
