Property Damage Claim Ignored for 5 Months

I had a home delivery for a Hydrow Rower on 8/26/2021.   The delivery team was extremely rude and visibly upset about having to complete the delivery to the second floor.  When moving the unit to the room of choice the team ripping out the door frame with their hand cart.  The team refused to give any information or provide a delivery receipt.  I immediately called bestbuy customer service to report the issue.  They assigned me claim number {removed per forum guidelines} but said I would need to contact sedgwick customer service.. I contacted sedwick {removed per forum guidelines} and they asked me If i had a claim number yet.   I said and responded with the claim number {removed per forum guidelines}. The response said this was not a sedwick claim number and i would need to create a sedwick claim and asked If i would like to. (obviously thats what im contacting you!) I responded yes but never recieved another response from this agent. I sent her many more email but she refused to respond or process my claim further.  I continued to email weekly but did not recieve a respose. I found an email address on sedwicks corporate website and emailed them regarding the issue.  The response was that a sedwick claim number had not been created but that they would respond to me shortly with a claim number.  This agent also never responded to me.  I have sent them many email replys as well.  In addition to contacting sedwick many many many times I also on occasion contacted bestbuy customer service.  Each time I call they apologize and say that the previous agent I spoke with failed to complete the claim or file it so my account has no pending claims.  The last two times I called best buy in December they said again that they would again create a claim on my behaf and that I would be contacted  by a insurance rep in the next 24 to 48 hours.  When I called today they said that the claim that was filed in december was closed on Jan 8th for "incomplete information"  even though I had explained in detail my issue. There was suffient data provided and if not why was I not called back for more information.  The claim should not have been closed without contacting me!   

This entire process is insane!  Its not january and I have not been compinsated for the damages to my home in AUGUST!  If to total up the hours I have spent on hold or being cold transfered ( to whom I have to reexplain the entire issues to)  I have lost dozen of hours of my own time trying to resolve this issue.  This entire process has been a mental and financial drain. I should be compensated for the damages as well as the time wasted trying to find a resolution.  At this time I will never purchased from bestbuy again.

Best Buy needs to expedite claims
