I purchased a new refrigerator from the Pacific Sales, and the refrigerator was delivered to my house on 06/21/2018. There was some damage occurred to my walls during the delivery. I have filed a property damage claim on 06/21/2018 and was contacted by Sedgwick on 06/22/2018. Sedgwick gave me the contact information of the delivery company for me to handle the issue. Although the delivery company accepted the liability and promised me to compensate me for the repair, they stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. I have emailed and called Sedgwick numerous times, and Sedgwick has not responded back. (Yes, I called that 1-855-832-1338 number which did not get me anywhere.) It has been about 100 days since the claim has been filed, and I still have damaged walls from the delivery. I should be enjoying my new fridge, but looking at it keeps on reminding me of how my claim is being ignored. This needs to be resolved right away.

I am very sorry that after all this time your claim for this damage has still not been resolved. I can't agree more that given you purchased this refrigerator in June you should be enjoying it rather than having it be a reminder of the claimed damage to your home.
