Product damages

I have had a very bad experience buying Samsung products.

Buy a samsung 55 "Class - LED - 7 series 2106p smart curve television at best buy through the mobile app and it took a week to arrive, at the time of delivery the television showed a hit on the top of the screen, It took more than 4 hours for someone to answer my call and they hung up the call, I had to rent a van to be able to carry the television because Best Buy did not promise to pick it up the Tv, at the moment of taking the television Best Buy came out of the problem and they told me that this was part of samsung that I had to communicate with them.

This email is not for complaint since I am aware that you are not interested and nothing will be done to repair or change the television and I will lose more of my time and money trying to solve something that will only fill me with more stress,

I don’t think that Samsung is not going to do nothing and they will say that is best buy fault, because this TV maybe it’s the ones that Samsung get refurbished and they only put in a new box so they can say that the box don’t have any impact so it’s going to be fault of the customer, all this is a nightmare in spending more than $ 700 dollars and time
