Problems with Appliances purchase@BestBuy

I spent buying a refrigerator, washer and dryer during the Labor Day weekend from a store in Frisco, TX. It was great until the day refrigerator arrived where the delivery guy informed that the refrigerator he has bought has been damaged and asked should he deliver it, SHOCK#1. I was shocked at that question even should BestBuy send a damaged unit after I paying 3.6k+ to it, asked him to take it back. Then after 2 days of delay another unit was delivered that was in good condition, this closed the refrigerator episode.

Now coming to the washer and dryer( both were open box items), were supposed to be delivered after 5 days of our purchase i.e on 10th sept, I got to know end of that day they cannot deliver it but will reschedule it on 13 th sept, we said ok. On 12th Sept, I got an email saying Dryer will be delivered and there was no washer in the delivery list, called the Customer service to find that the washer order has been cancelled, I didn’t cancel it nor anyone from BestBuy updated me about it, SHOCK#2, I called Customer service, store and every possible number that I was tossed by the BestBuy team, no one even gave me an answer, they spent 5 days to figure out what is going on. After that they asked me to purchase the same unit again so that they can deliver it along with dryer on 9/20. Since I was busy on 9/20, asked them to schedule delivery on 9/21. Come 9/21 morning, delivery guy showed up and said he has come to deliver dryer, he don’t have washer. I didn’t have any information on washer being not delivered, the delivery guy who came to deliver doesn’t seem to bother as he just wanted to deliver what he got and go. Called Customer care number again and learnt that the washer order has been cancelled again and they don’t know who did it and why they did it, SHOCKER#3. I didn’t cancel, called Customer care, corporate delivery support and store, no one knows what happened and why this is being cancelled even after full payment was made. Every time I call the Customer service end up explaining them from beginning and I got a standard answer, “we apologize for this but don’t know what happened, we will look into it. it is been 15 days since the day I bought these appliances and I have been tossed post to pillar without any resolution and help to deliver what I ordered nor getting good response from anyone.We just moved into our home, not having these appliances delivered is really frustrating.

IS THIS THE WAY BESTBUY IS DOING BUSINESS THESE DAYS?, IT APPEARS TO ME THEY ARE NOT CARED ABOUT CUSTOMER, I am totally lost and not getting a good response and resolution, hence posting it here so that if someone can see this and look at it.

After so much of follow up and calls, escalations and 11 days delay finally the washer was delivered this morning. But my request to team BestBuy is please look at your service, communication and help desk process, as a Customer it is very frustrating. Respect Customer concerns and complaints, no one want to pay money and run behind you guys at the cost of our own time to get those problems fixed that are created by your team or system, if it has to be this way then there is no point in shopping here.
