Problem with order delivery/install

I ordered washer/dryer combo and paid for install/ haul away. I noticed the order only specified washer install, so I contacted Best Buy representative and was assured both washer and dryer will be installed when delivered. The day of delivery, the delivery was an hour and a half late to begin with. Then the delivery person asked me if my old washer/dryer is already unhooked- who would unhooked it? Then he told me they do not install, great! What am I supposed to do with a washer/dryer that is uninstalled? He called someone on the phone and the representative told me the gas install was never arranged and it will not be done until next week. I did not accept this delivery as I have no use for uninstalled applience. In addition, the dishwasher delivered to my parents appartment that I recently ordered was also not installed. Both delivery companies seem uninterested in providing any type of good service. The dishwasher delivery guy couldn't get out of there fast enough, he said, just cancel the install. Another issue I have is when I call to relve these issues, the wait time is 40 minutes-1 hour, which I find unacceptable.
