I had a Maytag MCT 8.8cu dryer delivered yesterday. I had purchased the vent kit for it; however, the delivery team said the kit was the wrong size and the current vent was in good shape so they would attach the machine to the current vent and I would be reimbursed for the cost. In the meantime, I have used the dryer but keep getting the AF (air flow message) as well as the "check vent" light is on. I have tried contacting support but have been waiting on chat for a few hours and its not clear I am moving closer to talking to someone. Im wondering if I can get assistance (1)verifying I was reimbursed for the vent kit and (2)assistance with what appears to be an installation/dryer vent problem. Thanks very much.
