Trying to reply with my order number to get my order fixed. Will not send. Keeps telling me to correct highlighted even though there isnt then it wont let me send the message. I have cleared cookies and cached, logged out only to experience the same thing again. I have at least tried to send the message 10 times.

I have a delivery made by Best Buy on 04/19/2019, I wall got damage in the process and a claim was filed to fixed the damages. This is over 24 hrs and I have not heard from anyone. Can some please reach out to me to get my wall fixed. Thanks.

Welcome to our community. It's never my hope to discover damage after any kind of service appointment takes place in my home, but if that were to happen, I'd expect prompt assistance with resolving the situation.
My understanding is that once a claim has been filed with Sedgwick, it take take 3-5 business days for an agent to be assigned to your claim and to make contact with you. Depending on when your claim was first filed, they may not have had a chance to review the related information yet. If you've already waited the aforementioned time frame, please send me a private message with the information below and I will see what I can do to help.
