Edited to add this was for a dishwasher AND an oven/microwave combo so basically three appliances. We are in the middle of a kitchen reno, so this will now push back our entire process as we can't measure for counters until these appliances are securely installed and we make sure everything is okay with plumbing and electrical!
We are Best Buy credit card holders and Total Tech members so the customer service on this is a HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT!

Installation never showed today or resolved our issue. Pushes our entire kitchen renovation back another 10 days behind schedule. The major frustration was that we purchased these in early Nov and recieved MULTIPLE confirmations via email and text leading up to today's installation. Rediculous all around. Will definitely be telling people not to use Best Buy for appliances or installation!
