I ordered a dishwasher on January 28, 2019 and the whole process was frustrating with one problem after another from the lack of communication from various employees, the incorrect information being dispersed in regards to the delivery/installation dates, and my partial refund not being processed. I have requested to speak with a corporate or store manager in regards to my dissatisfaction, but once I paid for our appliance I felt I no longer mattered and my plea fell upon deaf ears. I am looking for the correct person to send my experience to, because I believe some follow-up needs to happen so others do not get this same treatment. I really do not like to feel this way or to say it, but I would not recommend Best Buy to anyone due to this experience. The installers were great, but the rest of this process was terrible. I am still waiting for my feelings to calm and for a period to present itself when I have a decent amount of time to myself so I can accurately complete the reviews.
