Poor Customer Service

I bought a TV at Best Buy which was in stock when I bought it.  I also purchased Geek Squad installation.  Then I cleared my calendar for the day and time of promised installation. Less then 24 hours before the appointment, I was notified to reschedule for 2 1/2 weeks out.  Because Best Buy sold me a TV they didn't have. So 3 weeks after buying a TV I MIGHT get it in and installed.

Additionally, having to post this forum message in order to comment on poor customer service tells me that Best Buy is not interested in feedback from customers.  I will ensure all my friends and relatives know not to buy from Best Buy.
