We bought a new dishwasher from Best Buy. It leaked and this caused problems on our hardwood floor. We called Best Buy, they gave us Sedgwick's number. We called Sedgwick and got a claim number. They sent out an independent adjuster. The adjuster said the floor needed to be replaced and he would report back to Sedgwick. No calls from Sedgwick. We called Sedgwick and left messages, we emailed Sedgwick. Sedgwick does not return our calls or emails. The dishwasher has not been fixed.
We are not happy customers.

We know damage claims are stressful, and that's why we partner with Sedgwick Claims Management, Inc. to make thins as easy as possible. I'm sorry that hasn't been your experience.
Have you been calling them at (855) 832-1338? If not, please call them there.
