Hello, I do not know where else to turn as I cannot get any help from your 888 number or reach a manager at the store. I am not a complainer and I tototally understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, however this level of service has been absolutely the worst. I purschased a Samsung (Tuscan) refrigerator, Gas Stove, Dishwasher and microwave on September 3, 2020. The 1st scheduled delivery was to be 09/23/2020. We get a email the day before to say that the delivery will be delayed and to pick another date.(Btw, on 9/22/2020 I get a recorded call saying my delivery will be there tomorrow, I called the 888 number only to be told , no its rescheduled for 10/03/2020) I picked the 1st available which said 10/03/2020 for only the fridge and the dishwasher. Stove and Microwave says Nov 7th. Now I am in the middle of a fiull kitchen remodel (entire kitchen colors are based on this Tuscan color as I would have just went with stainless steel) and have only a microwave and a old fridge in the garage, so no big deal yet. I can wait, it's a pandemic and everyone is buying appliances. October 2nd another email, your applicances are delayed, I called this time and now everything is susposed to come Novemer 28th. Ok fine, we buy a hot plate as to not eat out every day. It helps.
I check the website every day to make sure nothing else is delayed, I called on 10/27/2020 just to see if we are still on schedule for 11/28/2020, I speak with a Nicole, who says she can get me the stove and dishwasher on 10/31/2020. I am excited and say yes, please deliver them and she says the fridge can come on 11/07/2020 and the microwave not till December 28th. Fine, I feel like I am getting somewhere. Then I get a bunch of emails saying I need to pick new delivery dates for everything, I again call and am told that the delivery for 10/31/2020 is still on. I am skepical at this point but I want my stuff. Saturday morning at 7:10 I get a call from the delivery man and he is coming with the stove and dishwasher. No issues, they were great, appliances look beautiful now I need the fridge.
Thursday 11/05/2020, I get a call, I cannot understand the message, so I call, no delivery for Saturday 11/07, this time the person name was Nice and she tells me we can do fridge on Tuesday 11/10/2020. Now I am getting annoyed because this is getting a little out of hand. But she swears on 11/10/2020 the fridge is coming. Then on 11/09/2020 another email at 7:00 pm, your order has been delayed. I call again and ask to speak to a manager, no manager, every person tells me the same thing , the manager is going to tell me the same thing. I ask when do they think the fridge is coming in and the best guess at this point is 12/02/2020. I ask it there are any other Tuscan fridges in stock that might work, nope, nothing. So again I am waiting, but then at 8:30 pm on 11//09/2020 I get a call, your delivery will be there between 12-6 pm on 11/10/2020. I am so tired of this as the biggest problem is I have to continue to put my contractor off, he puts me on the schedule to come and hook up my stuff and finish the kitchen (door frames need to go in), Then I have to call him and cancel as this now messes up his schedule as well.
At this point I am at my wits end and very frustrated and know that I will not be dealing with Best Buys again for anything, this has truly put a bad taste in my mouth. No one can tell me anything and I get it, the manufactor may be having problems, but you should at least have a sound date when your truly expect to have these items in stock and not all the scheduling only to have to reschedule, but the last minute phone calls and emails (4, one for each item) are the worst. As I am typing this right now, the 888 number calls to tell me my order for today has been delayed and to please call them to reschedule. I don't want call again, I want to speak with someone in charge, not the call center.
Please help me.
