In June, I placed an order for three kitchen appliances. Two were delivered in July, but the Best Buy site hasn't been allowing me to schedule the refrigerator for delivery - it provides a calendar to pick a delivery date but has no available dates, period. I've called support several times since June, and each time I've been told they are fixing the problem and that somebody will call me back within 48 hours to schedule delivery, but nobody does.
I've considered cancelling the original order for a refund and reording it as the product page indicates it's available for delivery in 2 days' time, but the same refrigerator is now priced ~$400 higher than what I was charged, so I'd rather not do that.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I'd just like to get this refrigerator delivered. Can someone from Best Buy help me sort this out?
