Part missing from my cooktop and you refuse to help

I spent $2000 on a new cooktop and had it delivered but a control knob is missing. I spend an evening of my time on hold get transferred 4 times only to be told to call Samsung. I spent an additional $300 for the Best Buy proteection plan to be told "go call samsumg". I need someone to return my money. If you wont take the whole cooktop back, I want my $300 back.

Why wouldn't they take it back? If you don't want it anymore and want to return, you should be able to do so. They tell you to call Samsung because usually manufacturers can provide missing parts, but if you don't want to deal with that, just return it.

I am just outside of the return window. What makes it worse is that they make you wait on hold forever. Then when you finally get through to someone, it is clear their first goal is to find a reason why they shouldnt help you. The person on the phone, who must have been in India, seemed so excited If I could return it I would just so my hard earned money would go a company that would value a customer.

I am outside of my return window. I really don't want to spend another 2 hours on the phone for someone to tell me I cant return the GSP plan. I would appreciate a contact I can reach out to directly. I definitely want my money back since you wont support this product now, I cannot imagine any support if it breaks. I will try and go directly to Samsung.
