Package says delivered but I never received the physical delivery.

I ordered a Samsung 85" Q70A TV on Nov 24th. The item never arrived but the order is marked as delivered. 


I made several calls to Bestbuy on the day of delivery and they kept saying the package is in transit but it never arrived. The customer support also has opened a case id for my issue. A couple days later I went to the bestbuy store to seek their help. They told me that in my case, their system is showing that the package was handed over to the wrong team for shipping and it was not delivered but the team marked the order as delivered. They are currently helping me on this case and telling me that the warehouse is doing inventory and that this case has been escalated to the top level at Bestbuy. 

They have told me that they would refund my money once the inventory is completed at the warehouse. 

Bestbuy store manager is helping me but I am just worried that it is taking a lot of time. This is a $2200 TV. Now I am not getting any response from the store as well for the last couple of days. 

Please help as this has been a very stressful experience for me. That day I ordered another TV and Roomba which were delivered as promised. This is the first time I have had issues with Bestbuy.

Can someone from the Customer Service --> Delivery Installation team please respond to my case and help me with it?
