I purchased a Bosch dishwasher in November of 2018. To make a long story short it was installed by Aaction Appliance as part of the purchase. They did not connect the water supply line correctly and the machine leaked causing substantial damage to my kitchen. Despite trying to resolve this with Aaction directly, they have been unresponsive. I also sent a letter with documentation to Best Buy customer care by mail and email. No response from Best Buy either. I would like to be contacted.
